Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Opened products

• Used products

• Personalized/custom orders

• Sale or clearance items

This policy helps protect the quality and integrity of our handmade skincare products.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

• damaged

• leaking

• incorrect

• or incomplete

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number

• clear photos of the item(s)

• packaging photos if applicable

We will gladly review the issue and work toward:

• a replacement

• store credit

• or another appropriate solution

Please review all ingredients carefully before use.

• allergic reactions

• sensitivities

• or misuse of products

We recommend performing a small patch test before full use.

If irritation occurs:

• discontinue use immediately

 

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges may only be approved for:

• unopened products

• incorrect orders

• damaged items

Approved exchanges must be requested within:

• 48 hours of delivery

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

 

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are:

• non-refundable

If a replacement is approved due to damage or shipping error, we may cover replacement shipping at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• carrier delays

• lost packages marked as delivered

• incorrect addresses entered at checkout
